How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We ask for a card upfront so the trial converts automatically into your plan — you won't be charged until day 7, and you can cancel anytime before then from your dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in your dashboard before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the current period.

What is the refund policy?

Subscriptions: cancel anytime, keep access until your billing period ends — no prorated refunds mid-cycle. If your free trial converted into a charge you didn't intend to keep, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it. See our full Refund Policy for one-time purchases and custom tool deposits.

Is there a free option?

Yes. Signing up gets you free indicators, the intro course, the AI economic calendar and a manual trade journal — no card required. Starter, Pro and Hedge add broker auto-import, the trade & signal copier, risk tools, mainly differing in how many accounts you can connect.

How many accounts can I use my tools on?

One license key unlocks every tool in your tier across both MT4 and MT5. Simultaneous account activations: Free 2, Starter 3, Pro 5, Hedge 10. Hedge members can buy 5 extra activations at €10 each. One activation = one MetaTrader account.

What are custom tool requests?

Accepted Answer

Custom builds are a Hedge benefit: 1 custom indicator or utility build per month plus 2 additional requests, from your Custom Tools tab. Extra builds are billed at €40/hr with a €100 deposit credited toward the final price.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay with any credit or debit card. Stripe processes the payment securely — you never share card details with us.

Question 8

Can I upgrade from Pro to Hedge?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick Hedge here, or go to Dashboard → Account → Upgrade. Stripe prorates the price difference automatically.
