License: You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the tools in your membership tier on up to the number of MT4/MT5 accounts specified by your plan.

Prohibited: Reselling, redistributing, decompiling, or sharing license keys.

Refunds: See our Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds on MQL5 marketplace purchases — those are governed by MQL5's terms.

Limitation of liability: Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Our tools are provided as-is. We are not responsible for trading losses.
