Website memberships: We offer a 14-day refund if a tool does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.

MQL5 Marketplace products: Governed by MQL5's refund policy. We cannot process refunds for MQL5 purchases.

Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.

Custom work: Paid custom-EA requests (hourly) are non-refundable once work has begun beyond the deposit.
