Subscriptions: All paid plans — Starter, Pro, and Hedge — start with a 7-day free trial; a payment card is required at signup, and no charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from Dashboard -> Account. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after your first charge, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period; we don't issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a cycle. See our Terms of Service for the EU/UK right of withdrawal as it applies to digital services begun during a free trial.
Custom tool requests (Hedge benefit): Once development work has started on a custom build, the deposit is non-refundable. If we're unable to deliver a working build matching the agreed spec, we'll refund the deposit in full.
One-time website purchases: If a tool doesn't function as described and we're unable to resolve the issue after a genuine support attempt, request a refund at hello@tradinsolutions.cfd within 14 days of purchase.
MQL5 Marketplace purchases: Refunds for anything bought through the MQL5 Marketplace are handled entirely by MQL5 under their own refund policy.
This policy is part of, and subject to, our Terms of Service, including its governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
