This agreement covers your use of software and tools distributed through tradinsolutions.cfd directly. It does not cover anything purchased on the MQL5 Marketplace.
Grant: Subject to an active subscription (Starter, Pro, or Hedge) or a completed one-time purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed tool(s) on the number of MetaTrader accounts your subscription tier allows.
Restrictions: You may not share, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or decompile any tool or indicator we distribute. Violating this ends your license immediately, without refund, and may result in account termination.
License checks: Some tools verify your license against our servers on startup and periodically after. If our servers are briefly unreachable, a grace period applies before access is affected.
Term: Your license lasts as long as the underlying subscription is active (or, for one-time purchases, indefinitely, subject to these restrictions). We may revoke a license for a confirmed violation of this agreement.
Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Governing law and disputes: This agreement is governed by, and any dispute arising from it will be resolved under, the same governing law and dispute-resolution provisions set out in our Terms of Service.
